Residential

The major part of our work is residential, and set out below are some of our recent projects on the Isle of Wight and Kent:

• design of a new build block of flats in Ventnor
• conversion of a seafront hotel, in a conservation area of Ryde, into flats
• four new waterside properties in Wootton
• conversion of derelict stone barns to holiday homes
• new development of dorma bungalows/bungalows in Winford
• design for renovation of Orangery in Ryde
• a number of private home extensions ranging from small ground floor
  to two storey additions
• loft conversions
• work undertaken on Listed Buildings
• new house in Bembridge
• bungalow conversions in Gurnard
• new houses in Newport, St. Lawrence and Cranmore
• new flats in Sandown
• new houses in Kent

Education

Upgraded existing accommodation at Love Lane Primary in East Cowes.
New works at Love Lane Primary, Sandown, Wootton, and Shalfleet.
Design of new playground for Northwood Primary and Love Lane Primary schools.

Commercial

Some of the works undertaken were the upgrade of various shop premises, including Bembridge Post Office by creating a new sorting office.
Refurbishment of a hotel on the seafront at Shanklin.

Community

Designs for extensions to the Heritage Centre, Village Hall and Community Centre in Bembridge, Isle of Wight.
