takes the form of an L with a Public and Private wing. The open plan
Public wing faces South West to catch the afternoon sunshine.

A monopitch roof sweeps down low to the rear boundary to minimise the
impact of the building as viewed from the rear while maintaining a spacious
and lofty interior.
A master suite is located in the dual pitch roof of the Private Wing.
