Over the years the practise has been involved in a considerable number of new build properties for developers both on the island and mainland. We have also been commission to design ‘one-off’ properties for individual clients examples of which can be seen.
We have also been involved several schemes for flats both new build and conversions.
The
Orchid House, St Lawrence
This house re-creates a Victorian Orchid House that was lost in the 1950s.
The footprint was determined by the need to build off the masonry basement,
which was all that remained of the original structure. The internal layout
was been designed to the exacting requirements of the client, who is a
professional artist. On site 2006.
